Cancellation
- You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

- Please note your right to return products does not apply to personalised items, or those made to your specifications. These may only be returned if they are faulty.
Returns
- If, for any reason, you wish to return anything you receive from us, please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
- Items returned must be unused and in the original packaging.
- When returning goods, please call or email, giving your order number and reason for return. Please obtain proof of posting i.e. registered signed for post, when you send the item(s), as claims for lost returned parcels can not be accepted. We regret we are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
