Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order, with delivery within 2-5 working days from receipt of order. Orders received before 2.00pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95. Depending on the weight, size and value of your order, deliveries are either via Royal Mail First Class or Courier 48 Hour service.

We also offer guaranteed next day delivery for orders received before 10.30am. Guaranteed next day delivery is £9.95. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 Monday-Thursday. Please order before 10.30am and your order will be sent out the same day for delivery via Parcel Force 24 hour service.

Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are charged at £9.95 for standard delivery (3-5 working days).

We can ship overseas to most destinations. Carriage charges are based on the weight of your package and will be calculated on an individual basis. Please note we cannot be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred.

Please inform us if you have a “must deliver by” date.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you wish to return anything you receive from us, please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. We ask that they are returned unused and in the original packaging. When returning goods, please obtain proof of posting i.e. registered signed for post, as claims for lost returned parcels can not be accepted.
